About this object
Screen print of pikelets recipe. It reads: Coco's pikelets one cup of flour - 1/4 cup of sugar 3/4 cup of milk (about) - one teaspoon of baking powder - 1/4 tsp salt - 25g melted butter (optional but I like it) 1 egg put all dry ingredients in bowl - break in egg - mix in milk - add melted butter mix well - let stand 1/2 hour drop in spoonful lots on hot griddle.
