Lithograph which reads: Crayfish ravioli in Bluff oyster broth with freshly poached oysters and fresh sevruga.
There is also a red crayfish and two shells at the top right of the print, and a bowl and spoon at the bottom.
Part of the Cornucopia series, which was a cooperation between six chefs and seven artists. Printed on arches 88, 330 x 260mm in an edition of 100. Series was sold as a set of two: the recipe and the image. The chef in cooperation with Dick Frizzell in this work is David Griffiths.
