Brief Description
Architectural plan and permit, Mr Land, post 1931 Hawke's Bay earthquake.

a) An architectural plan for a proposed extension to a shop in Clive Square for Mr Land of Land's Bag Shop. Two drawings show the existing shop, with the new floor plan of the proposed extension detailed in yellow. It indicates the existing buildings or facilities to be removed or relocated. The second drawing is a side elevation with details in yellow, brown and blue, measurements and construction materials of the proposed extension. The plan scale is listed at the bottom right and the plan is stamped and signed for approval by the building inspector.

b) A building permit application to the Napier Borough Council by The Fletcher Construction Company as contractor, lists information including the block, class of building, construction materials, owner of the property, builder, contract price or cost estimate. The application form details the building regulation conditions for permanent and temporary construction of buildings.

c) The documents are in an A4 envelope with plan and permit application details.
