Notice is hereby given that the above lands are open for sale or selection in terms of the Lands Act, 1908, either for cash or lease.
Applications were to close on Wednesday March 24, 1909.
The area consists of second class land in the Waimarama Block, which is situated about 19 miles from Hastings with some sections being about 3 miles from the sea.
An abstract of conditions is included laying out conditions of purchase or lease.
Numerous pencil notations on the plan noting possible successful applicants eg: Powdrell Brothers at Block VII.
