Brief Description
Architectural plan, J P Thomson. An architectural plan drawn in black ink of proposed alterations to a cottage in Dickens Street for Mr or Mrs J P Thomson.
The builders are named as Smith Smith Builders and the alterations are a new roof and new back wall in wood. The plan number is 18, stamped for approval on 25 July 1914. The scale is 4 feet to 1 inch and the drawings are of the floor plan and the side elevation which shows the existing roof and the proposed new roof.
The plan is in an A4 envelope with: Dickens St, stamped in the top left corner and permit PQ320 stamped and handwritten in red at the top right corner. The details of the plan are printed and typed on the envelope.
