Brief Description
An architectural plan by architect W P (Walter) Finch, for the residence of Mr D Murnane, Dickens Street, Napier. The plan shows the front view, ground plan and upper floor plans with colour details. The kitchen area of the plan has been modified to show an extension and the location of the drains. The plan scale is eight feet to an inch.
Included with the plan are details of the materials to be used for the cottage for Mr D Murnane in Dickens Street, Napier, dated October 1903. The architect's name W P Finch of Napier is stamped in the top left corner.Permit number PQ315.
