This plan shows the block of buildings in the Karamu Road North, Queen Street East, Russell Street and Avenue Road East area. Simpson, Bate & Wane - Solicitors, are listed as occupiers in the building on the corner of Karamu Road North and Queen Street East. The Hawke's Bay Motor Company are at the Avenue Road East and Russell Street corner; Morley's Motors Ltd are on the corner of Karamu Road North and Avenue Road East.
