One hundred and twenty lots are for lease to be of a 21 year duration, with a covenant to renew lease.
(b) Typed letter from F R Watters - town clerk to all land agents regarding commission on Marewa leases:
Commission will be paid only on the disposal of:
(1) straight out leasehold sections and not on freeholds or right of purchase leases.
(2) that no commission will be paid on sales of leaseholds made within 14 days after the public auction sale.
Dated January 1942.
