The 19 land lots with area sizes are situated on the Napier - Wellington main trunk line within 10 miles of Hastings.
The land comprises about 300 acres cut into 20 sections and will be offered for sale by public auction on Wednesday April 14, 1915.
Sydney Martell was the auctioneer.
