Brief Description
Subdivision plan of two portions of the Te Mahanga estate, the property of the executors of the late A F Douglas. To be sold by public auction at Hastings on Saturday October 24, 1925. Hoadley, Son & Stewart, Dalgety & Co Ltd and De Pelichet McLeod & Co are the auctioneers. Humphries & Humphries - Solicitors.
One block of the Te Mahanga estate is situated seven miles from Hastings and one mile from Paki Paki railway station. The other block of five subdivisions is situated two miles further South.
The land consists of healthy limestone hill country and 1000 acres of heavy rich flats.
The 14 land blocks noted, border Middle Road, Mutiny Road and the estate of W J Douglas.
