Brief Description
Plan, Hawke's Bay Land District No 429.
3,900 acres of rural lands are available for sale or selection. Applications are invited up to Monday 11 February 1929.
It is noted that preference will be given to landless applicants or those who have one or more dependant children.
The plan covers sections 1, 2, 3, 4 of Block I, sections 1, 2, 4 of Block II of the Waimarama Survey District.
Land sections are bordered by the South Pacific Ocean to the east and owners Selby Miles Palmer, John Barker and Native owners to the west.
A locality plan is included showing the area to be north east of Waipawa and south east of Havelock North.
A newspaper clipping is attached showing the successful applicants eg:
Section I - 500 acres - Mrs M J Allen.
Section II - Mrs B F Ward.
