2,165 acres are available for sale or selection. Applications are invited up to Monday 20 July, 1931.
It is noted that preference will be given to landless applicants or, those who have one or more dependant children.
The land is first class land in the Pukekura Block, Hawke's Bay County - Te Mata survey district area, which is bordered by Lake Poukawa, Patangata block and Maraekakaho S D.
Attached is a newspaper clipping noting the successful applicants eg:
Section 2 - 115 acres - Mr E H Annabell.
Section 3 - 107 acres - Mr W T Hicks of Otane.
Section 5 - 84 acres - Mr M Willis of Waipukurau.
