Plan, Taradale town lands subdivision.
The subdivision of Taradale town lands is to be sold by public auction, by order of the Presbyterian church property trustees on Wednesday December 16.
W J Tabuteau is to be the auctioneer.
The land consists of 10 allotments with area sizes in the Taradale Road and Elbourne Street area.
Attached are two newspaper clippings describing:
a) The proposed sale and conditions.
b) The sections that were subsequently sold eg:
- Lot 6 Mr W Elbourne £75.
- Lot 8 Mr D H Hastie.
- Lot 10 Rev F Tucker.
