To be sold by public auction at Napier on Wednesday November 26, 1913, under instructions from the executor in the estate of the late R J Neagle.
C B Hoadley & Son are to be the auctioneers, in conjunction with Mr R Currie of Taradale.
There are sixteen land sites with area sizes for sale in the Great North Road, Guppy Road area.
J W Readon, Mrs Hawkins and W Fuller own adjoining properties.
