Plan of part of the Rissington Estate, the property of Messrs R H Rhodes & Co. Pastoral freeholds comprising about 330 to 5,400 acres each.
To be sold by public auction on Thursday April 13, 1882 by M R Miller, auctioneer.
Land blocks with area sizes are noted in the Rissington, Tuki Tuki River area to the south west and Waihu block, Mangahina Creek, Mangatutu River and Mangarangiora Stream area.
Locality plan is at the top right of the main plan showing the location of the land blocks in relation to Napier.
