Plan of the township of Clyde on the Wairoa River, Province of Hawke's Bay.
Shows land lots with area sizes in the Kopu Road, Queen Street, Lucknow Street and Lahore Street areas.
Kopu Road which borders most of the land lots, adjoins the Wairoa River. Included is a schedule of town sections and schedule of government town sections.
Numerous ink notations have been added to sections adjoining Marine Parade eg:
T Down lot number 445 - £5
R H Rhodes lot numbers 424, 330 - £54.
