Brief Description
Earthquake Accommodation and Evacuation Vouchers.

Nine undated double sided cards.

One side is printed in black and relates to the evacuation needs of those affected by the earthquake. It notes whether they have friends who can accommodate them, or has no friends. Also whether they have their own car, whether or not it can carry extra people, or if they do not have a car. There is also a section for remarks.

The other side is printed primarily in red ink and notes what Accommodation the person (or people) has been assigned. It notes what cooking is available at that facility and also what kind of sheds, how many rooms and how many people are already in the house.

On both sides there are notes for how many men, women and children, and spaces for the name (which is the same on both sides) of the relevant party as well as the address. Unable to ascertain if the address is their affected residence or the assigned accommodation.
