Noted are land blocks around the Waihau Stream, Mangaone stream and the Tutaekuri River areas. Scale is at 20 chains to the inch.
Handwritten at the bottom of the plan:-
I Fredrick, Edward, Wallace Mace of Napier, Registered Surveyor, hereby certify that this tracing is a true copy of the outstanding certificates of the title volume 73, folios 37, 38, which were not destroyed by fire on the 3 February 1931.
Dated at Napier this 20th day of September, 1935.
