a) C/11/25: Documents: Particulars and Conditions of Sale of freehold lands situate in the Town of Napier in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay to be sold by Public Auction by Messieurs C B Hoadley & Co. at their Auction Mart Emerson Street Napier afforesaid on Wednesday the thirteenth day of December 1899 at two o'clock in the afternoon. Lots 1 to 53 inclusive, and Lot 108. Agreements of sold Lots also included in documents.

b) C/11/75: Copy of Will of William Colenso with Codicil attached. Dated 18 September 1895.

c) C/11/153: Copy: Statement of Claim: In the Supreme Court of New Zealand. Wellington District. Colenso v. The Mayor Councillors and Burgesses of the Borough of Napier. Dated 1900.
