Napier Harbour Board Plan of 73 town sections on the Napier and Western Spit, to be offered for lease by public auction at the old Provincial Council Chambers on Wednesday May 23, 1888. Messr's Baker and Tabuteau are auctioneers.
The plan shows the area from Battery Road, Ossian Street, West Quay, Hardinge Road to Meeanee Quay, North Terrace and Tareha Street in Westshore.
Land sections with lot numbers are shown. Numerous sections for lease border Hardinge Road and Waghorne Street. North British & Hawke's Bay Freezing Co is situated by the entrance to the Inner Harbour.
