a) C/11/32: Letter from Cotterill & Humphries Solicitors to Williams & White solicitors, dated 30 April 1900, regarding the transfer of Colenso Estate.

b) C/11/51: Receipt for E H Williams for accounts, estate of Rev W. Colenso, deceased. Dated 29 October 1900.

c) C/11/55: Letter to Mr Williams, dated 27 October 1900, regarding receipt of cheque for accounting work related to Colenso estate. Difficult to read.

d) C/11/56: Memorandum regarding Colenso completion of sales. Not dated. List of lot numbers, purchaser, original purchaser, amount and remarks.

e) C/11/74: Particulars and Conditions of Sale of Freehold property situate at East Clive belonging to the Estate of William Colenso deceased, dated 1899. Includes colour drawing of section concerned.

f) C/11/127: Handwritten notes regarding purchases and sales. No date. Difficult to read.

g) C/11/160: Advertising poster: Plan of Napier Hill Building Sites. Colenso Hill Property. To be sold by Auction Wednesday, 13 December 1899 at 2pm. Handwritten notes in pencil of prices and names on some lots.

h) C/11/178: Letter from Carlile & McLean to E.H. Williams Solicitor, dated July 7 1900 regarding purchase from the estate of Colenso by Mr Francis Magill.

i) 238: Meomorandum from R. Thorp and Co. to Mr Williams Solicitor regarding section 10 Colenso Estate deed.

j) 246: Memorandum of agreement made 13 January 1902 between Ridley Latimer Colenso and Hannah Faulknor to sell and purchase Lot 41.

k) 260: Bifolium, Memorandum of agreement made 20 March 1900 between Thomas Charles Dawson to sell and Thomas William Bruce Bear to purchase Lots 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44 & 92; Memorandum of agreement made 20 March 1900 between Thomas Charles Dawson and Thomas William Bruce Bear to purchase and Ridley Latimer Colenso to sell Lots 19 & 20. A colour drawing of lots 19 & 20 included in document.
