The land consists of 565 acres of the Whare - o - Maraenui Block to be subdivided in allotments from 5 to 200 acres.
All land blocks border the Tutaekuri River or the old course of the Tutaekuri River. Also part of the plan is the land around the County proposed road and the County Road.
