a) C/11/119: A typed letter from Carlile & McLean, Barristers and Solicitors, to Williams & White, Solicitors, dated 3 August 1900. The letter concerns the Colenso Estate returning draft Deed of Covenant.

b) 207: Cancelled Deed of Covenant between R Jodd and others, and Ridley Latimer Colenso.

c) 209: Deed of Covenant between George White and Ridley Latimer Colenso, dated 1901. Regarding sale of land known as Colenso Estate. Incomplete.

d) 212: A typed letter from Carlile & McLean, Barristers and Solicitors, to Williams & White, Solicitors, dated 30 July 1900. Regarding Colenso Estate alterations to draft Deed of Covenant, including cost of fencing.

e) 213: A handwritten letter dated 1 August 1900 regarding Colenso Estate conditions of sale. Difficult to read.
