a) C/11/33: A handwritten letter from Kennedy Brothers, Civil Engineers and Surveyors, to Solicitor, dated 18 May 1900. The letter concerns the expenditure of the Colenso Estate.

b) C/11/58: A map: Napier Suburban Sections 39, 40, 41, 42, 43 and 44. Sketch Plan Showing Proposed Roads. Drawn by Kennedy Brothers Surveyors. On the far left of the map is Faraday Street. Milton Road is on the far right. A proposed road to Napier Terrace is located at the top and Carlile Street at the bottom. There is a photocopy of this map.
