The property is situated four miles from the Takapau railway station and adjoins the township of Ashley Clinton. Shows the area from Ashley Clinton to the west, Sherwood Estate to the north, Mangatewai River and Burnside Settlement to the south.
T Howse's property borders land for sale at the west side. Ashcott Tukipo Settlement borders land for sale to the east. The plan has three photographs printed at the sides showing the land and the homestead on Lot 26.
