Book entitled: The Great War: The Standard History of the All-Europe Conflict.

Book is the fifth bound volume of the Standard History of the All Europe Conflict of the Great War. This volume consists of bound issues of a smaller journal or magazine with the same title.

The series is a history of the Great War written as it unfolded, with hundreds of maps, hundreds of full page engraving and thousands of photographs. It covers in depth the land, sea and air conflicts from all perspectives with considerable coverage of Empire Forces. There were 272 parts in all.

Each of the smaller issues features a photograph of an important military man on the front, and focuses on a specific part of the war.
