About this object
The photograph shows the Napier Municipal Theatre, located on Tennyson Street. The theatre has been destroyed by the 3 February 1931 earthquake and subsequent fire. Only the exterior walls remain. The footpath and road has been cleared of debris to allow vehicle access.
