The photograph shows the building belonging to Robjohns, Hindmarsh and Company, Port Ahuriri, Napier. The image was taken after the devastating earthquake of 3 February 1931. One exterior wall of the building is all that remains. The debris has been cleared from the road to allow vehicle and public access.
