Messrs Lane & McCarthy will offer on account of the Greenmeadows Bowling Club 12 sections, numbers 32 to 43. Sections 42 and 43 are tennis courts.
New Zealand Loan & Mercantile Agency Co Ltd will offer on account of Frances Forward Esq, the balance of the lots shown on the plan.
Numbers 3 to 31 and 122, which includes the dwelling at present occupied by Mr Forward.
Shown are the lots with area sizes in the Taradale Road, Osier Road and Avenue Road area.
