Harbour leasehold sections, to be offered by public auction at McGlashan's auctioneers on Wednesday January 30, 1935.
The plan shows 50 land allotments with area sizes in the Taradale Road, Riverbend Road and Kennedy Road area.
Noted also is the proposed shopping center at Marewa.
Attached is a news paper clipping of a schedule of which land lots will be offered for lease over a period of 21 years, with a covenant to grant renewals.
