Undated map of Napier town published by H. Wise & Co. This information is on the front of the cover. On the map itself it is labelled Map of Borough of Napier and Westshore. Compiled by Rowland Brailey.
Inside the front flap of the cover is a summary / introduction of Napier. Population at the time of printing was over 18,000 with over 5,200 dwellings. Describes features of the town and area.
Attached to the inside of the rear cover flap is the fold out map. The back of the cover is blank.
The fold out map has Napier in a large rectangle in the centre, surrounded by one or two layers of advertisement blocks.The street map is roughly triangular, with the map's top right corner being the Port, the bottom right corner is the area around the intersection of Nuffield Ave and Chambers Street and the top left corner is the West Shore Esplanade. The empty bottom left corner is an index to streets.
