Reccomended by Messr's Keele & Cullen, and adopted by the Napier Harbour Board, 1912.
Plan shows the area to be dredged to a uniform depth, areas to be reclaimed, works to be commenced and future works to complete the scheme. A cross section of the channel and moles where the channel is to be dredged to a uniform depth is shown.
