Brief Description
Map and auction notice for the newly subdivided estates of Maraekakaho owned by Mr R D D Maclean and Ngatarawa owned by G L Donnelly. To be auctioned by C B Hoadley and Sons at the Princess Theatre, Hastings on 20 October 1905.
Written at the bottom of the notice is: The lands consist of ploughable, well watered flats eminently adapted for dairying, cropping fattening, and mixed farming. Mr G P Donnelly's commodious modern residence, and beautifully laid off grounds, cottages, training stables, sheds etc., will be offered together with section number 5 containing 298 acres.
Maraekakaho and Main Road can be seen. The scale of the map is 20 chains to one inch.
