Object detail
Brief Description
Postcard from Walter and addressed to his mother dated 11 July 1917.
Walter Manson wrote home from his voyage to war during World War I. Is an unusual postcard in that it is a folding card. The reverse has most of Walter's letter in which he writes about being in Cape Town for a week and all the races of people there as well as the letters he's received while there. The front of the card has the ending of Walter's letter.
