Brief Description
a) A letter from Arch King to Miss Anderson of Rangimaire, Eskdale, dated 2 April 1950. The letter was written in reply to a note and leaflet sent by Miss Anderson about the Napier-Taupo Coach. Arch King writes about his childhood memory of seeing The Taupo Coach and thanks Miss Anderson for her kind remarks. He suggests that the swingletrees she mentioned be stowed in the coach for future use.

b) An envelope addressed to Miss A M Anderson, 34 Shakespeare Road, Napier. Attached to the envelope is an orange 2d postage stamp bearing a portrait of His Majesty George VI wearing the uniform of an Admiral of the Fleet. The stamp is postmarked Eskdale, 3 April 1950.
