Minutes containing suggestions for the Napier Development Association concerning the Napier City and Jubilee Celebrations.
These minutes state that the Association agrees to sponsor the programme for the City and Jubilee Programme for the City of Napier and that the celebrations were to held from Saturday 18 March to Saturday 25 March 1950.
The minutes also include suggestions for the programme of events, including a breakdown of events into organisational committees: Decorations Committee; Finance Committee; Publicity Committee; and Executive Committee. Finally, there is a list of recommendations to the Borough Council.
