An invitation for the Official Ceremony of the Napier City and 75th Jubilee Celebrations.
The invitation is extended by The Mayor and Councillors of the Napier Borough Council to the Secretary of the Hawke's Bay Art Society. The Official Ceremony was to mark the proclamation of Napier as a City and the 75th Jubilee of the Borough. It was to take place at McLean Park on Saturday, 18 March 1950, at 3:00 pm.
