Brief Description
The architectural plan of the proposed J A Louis Hay Herschell Street office building.

This plan shows the front elevation, basement, ground floor, first floor, and roof overhead plans. The rooms are separated into office, private office and washrooms on the ground floor; private office, draughting room and washrooms on first floor; and a store and print room and print washing room with a flat roof at roof level.
