Watercolour painting of an Italian church in the village of Morcote at Lake Lugano. In the foreground is a large tree and several headstones. Beyond them is an arched gateway and church buildings with a tall belltower. A monk stands before the gate. The lake and hills can be seen in the distance. Undated. Lugano is spelt Lugarno on the work.
