To be sold by public auction at the Browning Street (Napier) Sale Rooms, on Tuesday 20th November 1917 at 2 pm. Under instructions from the Executors of the late Hon J D Ormond. The property is situated 11 miles from Napier, three and a half miles from Puketapu Township and two and a half miles from Fernhill Township by excellent roads.
Land is bounded by property owned by T H Lowry and L Higgins. The Repo Kai te Roto Roa stream runs along one boundary. The Fernhill - Puketapu road runs through the property.
