Brief Description
Plan of Forest Gate Settlement in the Ruataniwha Survey District, Hawke's Bay land district No 137 consisting of 8,756 acres. Situated in the County of Waipawa the property is open for lease in perpetuity on Monday May 19, 1902. The Tuki Tuki River is to the south of the blocks of land for lease and numerous blocks border the river. There are many pen notations written on the blocks of land.
