Brief Description
A subdivision plan of the balance of Maraekakaho Estate Valley farms, plan number two, to be sold by public auction on Tuesday, February 18, 1930 at the Municipal Assembly Hall, Hastings. The estate lies twelve miles from Hastings and twenty miles from Napier. The plan shows various sections of land with lot numbers and land area sizes. Valley Road runs through most of the land blocks to be auctioned. The scale is noted as ten chains to the inch.
