Plan shows the subdivision of the Early Mount Estate, Otane, Hawke's Bay, on account of the estate of the late Edward Watts Esq. Area size of 615 acres. Blocks to be sold by public auction by New Zealand Loan & Mercantile Agency Ltd, in the town hall, Otane on Friday 3 of December, 1929 at 2pm.
The plan shows land sections with area sizes to be auctioned. At the top is the Main Road to Napier/Wellington. The Napier/Wellington railway line is at the bottom of the plan and Otane is to the right. Mr A Knight's property is shown at the top bordering the Napier/Wellington Road. Mr W R Goodrick's property is bordering the Napier/Wellington railway line at the bottom.
