Brief Description
Sketch plan of Patoka Estate, the property of Mr T E Crosse, to be sold by public auction at the Browning street sale room, Napier, Wednesday February 6, 1918 at 2pm.
The estate is situated 23 miles from Napier and shows blocks of land with lot numbers and area sizes. Three sections are bordering the Napier - Puketitiri Coach Road. A C Bennett's property can be seen bordering the Mangaone Stream. Included at the right of the plan is a locality plan showing where the blocks of land are in relation to Napier.
