Brief Description
A plan showing the farming properties and residential sites in the estate of the late G P Donnelly, to be offered by public auction at the Browning Street sale rooms, Napier, on Friday 16 November 1917 at 2pm.

The Plan is divided into four separate sub plans, showing lot numbers and area sizes. The block situated near Fernhill is 205 acres, freehold, known as Pirau Number 2, adjoining the late Honourable J D Ormond's Ōmarunui property. The block that is situated opposite Crissoge, 10 miles north of Napier and 2 miles from Fernhill is 200 acres freehold.The block at the middle lower part of the plan is 15 acres freehold, situated at Raureka, near Hastings. The block at the right of the plan is 17 acres, situated at Taradale adjoining the Otatara property, with the cottage and the late Mr Donnelly's racing stables.
