Subdivision plan of the balance of Maraekakaho Estate, plan number one. To be sold by public auction on Tuesday, 18 February, 1930 at 2.30pm at the Municipal Assembly Hall in Hastings.
Plan shows sections with lot numbers and area sizes shaded in various colours. Eight sections are bordering the Ngaruroro River. One section next to Valley Road can be seen. Mrs Fountaine's property is visible next to the Tikokino - Hastings Road and bordering two sections of land available for sale. Locality map to the left hand side of the plan showing the sections for sale in relation to Hastings.
