The Woodville and Wellington Road, with the railway lines are at the center. Henderson Brothers & Wratt's timber yard can be seen at the center. Timber Co totara block is at the top. Tramway from Henderson Brothers & Wratt's is near the city center by the railway lines. Map shows lot numbers of sections in and around the central business district as well as the Tapuata Stream. Scale of two chains to an inch is noted on the plan.
