The property is situated 11 miles from Napier, 3 and a half from Puketapu Township and 2 and a half miles from Fernhill Township by excellent roads.
Land is bounded by property owned by T H Lowry and L Higgins. The Repo Kai te Roto Roa stream runs along one boundary. The Fernhill - Puketapu road runs through the property. Locality plan.
