Brief Description
Plan, Clive land blocks.
The plan shows land allotments with area sizes bordering the road to West Clive, Clive Grange Road and the road to Mangateretere.
S J Goulter has property adjoining Muddy Creek and A K Cotterill has property bordering three land blocks.
Also included with the plan:
(a) News paper clipping from the Weekly News, Jun 15, 1955 featuring a cartoon at the top and a passage regarding the World Fair exhibition in Waipawa of 1872.
(b) Four typewritten sheets from Williams & Kettle Ltd - 1924, regarding unpaid accounts.
(c) Printed sheet titled:
Particulars and Conditions of Leasing by Tender
Stating that all these parcels of land situated at Te Aute comprising portion of the Te Aute College Estate, subdivided into sections as shown in the table included.
