Brief Description
Plan of the Riverslea Estate, Hawke's Bay. Plan of blocks 8 and 9 to be sold by auction 26th November 1885. Property of Thomas Turner Esq. Plan shows blocks of land with lot numbers, situated south east of Karamu Road that are to be sold at auction. At the lower portion of the plan, is a park bordering the Mangapouri Stream. Queen Square can be seen bordering Queen Street and Avenue Road. The property of Fitzroy Esq's property can be seen at the top right section of the plan.
